Scott brings over twenty years of extensive leadership, sales, consulting, and operational experience to the firm. Scott is a trusted advisor to leaders in Government, Real Estate, Construction, Private Equity, and the Transportation industries.

Previously, Scott founded Hale Insurance brokerage in 2004 and grew the company, serving 3000 individual clients with 32 employees. As a business owner himself, he understands the importance of securing the right solution at the right price. Scott served as the company’s CEO until Hale was acquired by HUB International, the nation’s 5th largest insurance broker. While at HUB Scott served as Senior Vice President of their New Jersey operations expanding the business through acquisitions, producer hires, and an emphasis on new business production.

Troubled by the customer service provided by the private equity aggregators of the nation’s insurance brokers, Scott left HUB International to form Round Hill Risk Partners. At Round Hill we dedicate our services to the business owner taking a comprehensive approach. We believe that each individual risk is unique, and we will provide and develop the customized solutions each client deserves and expects.

Scott earned a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and lives in Madison, NJ with his wife and three children.
