Marc currently serves as the Managing Director, Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at Round Hill Risk Partners, LLC. RHRP is a boutique strategic advisory firm focused on driving risk solutions for employers of all sizes. The RHRP experience offers a disciplined perspective that will enhance all aspects of the design and economic financial performance.

Marc recently served as a Senior Vice President, Associate Practice Leader of the Employee Benefits division at HUB International Northeast, a leading, full-service insurance brokerage, ranked as one of the five largest brokerages in the U.S.

As a 48-year industry veteran, Marc was responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the Employee Benefits operations throughout HUB Northeast’s regional offices, specifically in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Areas of Expertise

Before joining HUB, Marc served as Regional Vice President at Corporate Synergies, based in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Prior to that, he held several management positions within Wachovia Insurance Services including Senior Vice President, Managing Director, overseeing Wachovia’s Northeast Employer Solutions Group. He spent 15 years with CIGNA HealthCare, where he was accountable for growing CIGNA’s market share in the New York tri-state area\ and managed a book of business in excess of $100 million in annual premium revenue with a strong concentration in healthcare delivery. Marc began his insurance career with Prudential Insurance Company in 1973, where he successfully served in several technical and product developmental roles.

Marc has served on numerous industry panels relative to the issue of health care costs. He has been a guest lecturer at various professionally sponsored seminars and symposiums in the New York Metropolitan area.
