Melissa is the Director of Client Relations at Round Hill Risk Partners LLC. In this role Melissa manages all aspects of the client experience including the renewal strategy, customer service, open enrollment, and implementation of new and current groups.
Before joining Round Hill Risk Partners in 2021, she worked for over 7 years at Nippon Life Benefits where she was the Regional Sales Director. She managed an International and diverse book of business, including tech start-ups , large corporations, and private sector groups. Prior to Nippon Life Benefits, Melissa worked for 3 years as an Account Executive in the small group market at AmeriHealth NJ. Melissa draws on her over 10 years of Employee Benefits insurance experience to provide her clients with the service and solutions they deserve.
Melissa is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters where she is on the Board of the Monmouth Ocean Chapter. Melissa and her husband live in Bordentown NJ with their two children.
